FAQs BEFORE YOU MAKE AN ENQUIRY

Do I have to book a table?
We highly recommend booking a table to secure your spot, especially on our busiest days (Saturdays and Sundays).

Do you have any parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have any parking spaces, but there are several paid [NCP] parking options nearby, many of which are within walking distance. Please note we do not recommend parking in front of our venue, as those spaces are for residents only, and parking there may result in fines.

I have a booking, but one of my party can’t attend. What should I do?
No worries – just cancel your booking via the link in your confirmation email or give us a call at 07848 831616, and we’ll help you reschedule.

Can I request a table outside?
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we can’t guarantee an outside table.

I want to book for a large party. What should I do?
When making your reservation, please select your preferred booking type.

Do you have high chairs?
Yes! Our restaurant has high chairs. However, to make your visit as comfortable as possible, we strongly recommend advising us in advance if you’ll need one or two. Please note that we have a limited number available, and they may occasionally all be in use.

What if I have a dietary requirement?
If you let us know in advance, we can arrange something special. We are limited in what we can offer on the day.

FAQs AFTER YOU MADE AN ENQUIRY

Please check your emails - if you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation.

If you have made an enquiry, you will receive an ‘enquiry received’ email and one of our booking staff will be in touch soon to either confirm your booking or offer you an alternative date.

What is a booking enquiry?

A booking enquiry is where you have entered your details to enquire about making a booking, but we can’t confirm your booking automatically. This may be because our restaurant is fully booked, you have a large group size or we need to confirm some more details before we can get you booked in.

How do I know I’m making an enquiry?

All our bookings, made through our website, email, phone call or any third-party widget are automatically ''booking enquiry'', until confirmed by one of our members of staff

What if you can’t accommodate me?

Our booking team will always call and email to let you know whether they can take your booking. Please keep checking your calls and emails. We will always try our best to fit you in!

What is Pre-Authorisation payment? [Pre-Auth]

In order to confirm your booking we ask for a £5 per person pre-authorisation payment to be made. Please note this acts as a holding fee and the money will only ever leave your account if on the day your party does not show, damages occur during your visit or your party leaves with an unpaid bill.

THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT.

Once card details are validated, your booking will be confirmed. Please note if we do not hear from you or the link is not completed, your enquiry will be cancelled.

CHALLENGE 25

We operate a strict ‘Challange 25’ policy, if you or a member of your group order alcohol please be aware that you may be asked to show ID. 


ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 

Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergies such as dairy, eggs, soybean, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or gluten. 


While we take steps to reduce risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross-contamination may occur, as factors beyond our control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers can change formulations without our knowledge.

Please note, that our menu items and prices are subject to change and some items on the menu might not be available due to high demand or supply shortages. 


DISCOUNTS

Any offers or discounts promoted by our restaurant may be subject to restricted timings or days, we cannot offer alternative days or timings for such offers and therefore strongly recommend booking in advance to take full advantage of them.


Any offers or discounts related to certain menu items can be used only on those specific items.


Offers and discounts are subject to change and may not be available on certain special days, please check our website or our socials for more current discounts.


We reserve the right to change, amend, or remove any offers or discounts at any time. The manager’s decision is final, so if they say you can’t have the discount, then unfortunately, you can’t have the discount.

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date, subject to availability. We reserve the right to claim partial payments and deposits as compensation for lost bookings if you choose to cancel or reschedule within 14 days of the booking date.


ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We hold tables for a maximum of [20 minutes] past the reserved time, after which we may release the table for other guests. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your party.


DAMAGES, CLEANING CHARGE, STOLEN GOODS 

We reserve the right to claim partial or full payments and deposits as compensation for any damages, loss of items, stolen goods, or extra cleaning required within or outside the venue, including in domes or any other areas of our business. You will be notified if any claims are to be made. 


GDPR

We operate a secure and safe booking system which is fully GDPR compliant.


We will only contact you in relation to your booking or, where relevant, provide you with offers relating to specific sites, birthday offers or promotions if you have given us permission to do so.

Please note that to make a booking with us we do require an email address and/or a telephone number. This information is stored safely on our fully GDPR compliant booking system.
